A  new trend may change the way many people open up online.

Some businesses now require prospective employees to sign in to their personal facebook page as part of the interview. They can ask to see your posts, pictures, and all your personal information.

Employers say it helps them find a more well-rounded candidate.

Janet Schadewitz is looking for a job, and isn't quite sold on the idea. She admits, she wouldn't let it get in the way of securing a job.

There are currently no specific laws preventing employers from asking to see your Facebook.
