King County searchers have found a footprint in the snow that could belong to a hiker who has been overdue since Friday.
John Wright, 50, of University Place was reported missing after failing to pick up his daughter.
The search began Saturday morning. Wright's car was found at the Snoqualmie River Middle Fork Trailhead off Exit 34 along Interstate 90.
Searchers are focusing on the Green Mountain area of the Snoqualmie National Forest after a hiker reported seeing Wright on a trail.
Two helicopters and about 40 searchers have been looking for him.
Searchers say they don't believe Wright's health is an issue and are optimistic they will find him.
