The Washington State Patrol says a man threw his wife from a car on I-90 in Kittitas County on Sunday.
Troopers say just after 9 a.m., Ellensburg Troopers responded to a report of a female being thrown from a vehicle on eastbound I-90.
On further investigation they determined the victim’s husband threw her from the vehicle. A 911 caller said the suspect vehicle was driving erratically westbound on I-90.
A Trooper stopped the vehicle and the suspect was taken into custody and placed in the back seat of the patrol car. The suspect broke out the patrol car window and got out of the vehicle. The suspect assaulted the Trooper and a fight took place. The suspect was finally subdued and taken into custody.
