Foggy start to Thursday morning, snow expected for the weekend

SPOKANE, Wash. -- Thursday morning starts off with patchy freezing fog and cold temperatures.

Roads will be bare, but slick in spots.

Temperatures are a little bit warmer than most mornings this week, with readings in the low 30s.

Expect mostly cloudy skies Thursday with dry weather and highs in the 30s.

The potential for wet weather increases Friday. A cold front will pass through, bringing very light snow to the region. Up to an inch is possible!

Eastern Washington and North Idaho should see any snow or freezing rain during the afternoon and the evening commute.

Saturday will be fairly dry and cloudy with snow chances returning Sunday. Expect between 1 and 2 inches on Sunday.
