Darnay Tripp and Evan Closky are on the road.

The sports duo left the KREM 2 station bright and early Friday morning as they traveled to the west side.

The two have been using Twitter to ask the important questions.

- Will Leach leave Pullman?
- Mata’afa and NFL Draft
- Grinch is da gawd
- Smart money on UW for Apple Cup
- GU’s International recruiting
- Rui talk

And check out some of the amazing scenery.

The guys asked for suggestions for some grub en route to Portland...

Darnay and Evan finally made it to the Moda Center Friday afternoon.

Ahead of Gonzaga's game Friday against Florida, Darnay and Evan gave us this preview:

Evan Closky provided us with this beautiful montage outside the Moda Center Friday afternoon ahead of the Zags big game against #7 Florida.

Before the Zags tipped off against Florida Friday night, Darnay and Evan gave us a quick recap of GU's Thursday night win against Ohio State.

When the Zags entered the Moda Center, Darnay and Evan were right there for all the action.

As Gonzaga took the court, the guys prepared us for the game from inside the Moda Center in Portland...

They ran into some big Gonzaga fans (including some who may have been up past their bedtime).

The excitement was evident at the Gonzaga vs. Florida game...

At halftime of the game against Florida, the guys provided us with some highlights.

The game was tight all night long... forcing the Zags and the Gators into overtime...

I don’t care who wins...thank you for the entertainment and both squads will be thankful for going through this in November when it gets to March. #Zags #PK80

Unfortunately... the Zags came up short in the PK80 semifinal matchup against Florida. Final Score: Gonzaga 105, Florida 111.

Then they made their late night trip to Seattle for the Apple Cup.

Darnay and Evan gave us this preview about two hours before kick off:

Then the 110th Apple Cup got underway...

A UW standout went down early.

And then WSU saw one of their stars get hurt.

More injuries in the first half...

Things did not seem to be working for Luke Falk and the Cougar offense in the first half...

First half score: WSU 0, UW 24

The second half started off with another blow for the Cougs...

In the middle of the 3rd quarter morale seemed low around the WSU bench.

After Luke Falk threw yet another interception, Evan was wondering where backup quarterback Tyler Hilinski was.

UW standout Myles Gaskin impressed the guys Saturday.

Evan provided us with a statistic that would make any Coug fan cringe.

That’s absurd.

The Cougs finally got some points on the scoreboard in the fourth quarter.

Mike Leach still hasn’t been shutout in his coaching career, so there’s that. #AppleCup pic.twitter.com/YxLtAy8kVD

Myles Gaskin continued his night of domination in the fourth quarter...

WSU put up some points late in the fourth.

WSU falls to UW. Final Score: 14-41

In a post-game press conference, head coach Mike Leach addressed rumors he could be leaving WSU.

After the game, Darnay and Evan headed to a WSU press conference.

Head coach Mike Leach offered an explanation for why the Cougs always seem to have a tough time against UW.

Then, they hit the road again to get to Portland for Gonzaga's 10:00 a.m. game.

Now it's back to the Moda Center as the Zags take on Texas for third place.

Interested to see how they respond after Friday nights thriller. pic.twitter.com/ZJ3TZYCbkF

Darnay and Evan were up bright and early at the Moda Center for Gonzaga's 10 a.m. tip against Texas. The Zags started off slow...

But things picked up for Gonzaga as the game continued...

AT THE HALF: Gonzaga 42, Texas 28

The second half got started in Portland...

Gonzaga's Killian Tillie left the game in the second half with what appeared to be a hip injury.

Soon after, Tillie went back into the game.

The momentum seemed to shift toward the end of the game.

Texas made a late comeback, pushing the game into overtime.

The Zags were able to hold on in overtime and get the win. Final Score: Gonzaga 76, Texas 71. Gonzaga takes 3rd place in the PK80 Invitational.

After the game, Darnay and Evan headed to post-game press conference...

Perk is also a robe guy. Classic.
