Tuesday, August 21, 2012 is National Flan Day. Who knew? I like National Days because it usually means freebies for us. Taco Cabana will be offering free Flan on August 21, 2012 from 5pm to 8pm. Flan is a custard dessert drizzled with a sweet caramel sauce. Trust me... it's good stuff!
