Check out the article, one of my close friends has actually done this several times so I can say it is a 'real' thing and does actually work. I do want to mention that some are looking for models to display specific looks...like blue hair, for example. Be sure to check it all out and find out if you have the option to get the haircut and color you want before you sign up!
