Welcome to 30 Days of Extreme Reality Couponing! Be sure to follow along with our tips on our Couponing 101 page. And, please spread the word and tell your friends about this series so they can also save 50-80% on their grocery bills!

So many times we assume that we know all the savings methods possible at any given store. The reality is that most stores do not even advertise their store savings policy and in fact, at times, even the employees don't know it. I can't tell you how many times I have "accidently" found out about loyalty cards or a frequent shopper program that I had never heard about before.

In order to start saving 80% or more on your groceries, it is important to know what methods are available to you and that all begins with a simple phone call to your store manager. Be sure to ask the following questions:

*Does Your Store Accept Internet Coupons?

*Does Your Store Double Coupons?

*Does Your Store Have Any Other Savings Methods Available (loyalty cards, frequent shopper programs, etc)?

*Can I Print Your Coupon Policy?

Always be sure to talk to a manager and get the name of that manager while you're at it. That will help you if there is ever a question.

Here are some of the most popular coupon policies available right now:

Walmart Coupon Policy

Target Coupon Policy

CVS Coupon Policy

Walgreens Coupon Policy

Store policies can mean big savings, a simple phone call can make a world of difference!
