SPOKANE--The flight delays from Hurricane Sandy could ground local Honor Flight veterans.
The last flight of the year is scheduled to leave Friday for Washington D.C. with 32 World War II veterans, but organizers might have to cancel the trip if the weather is too bad. They plan to decide by thursday.
If the trip happens, veterans and volunteers will leave friday morning. The group is scheduled to return Sunday afternoon.
