Power restored on Spokane's South Hill

SPOKANE -- Avista crews worked through the night and into early Monday morning to restore power to about 1,800 customers. The area affected stretched from Grand on Spokane's South Hill to Geiger Heights.
Power was restored before 3 a.m.
Cold temperatures and high winds in the area contributed to the outage around 9:30 p.m. Sunday.
