Movie theater robbery
SPOKANE -- An armed man held up a movie theater north of Spokane Monday afternoon.
Around 12:30 p.m., officers say a man with a gun robbed the Village Centre Cinema, at 12650 N. Division, in Wandermere.
Spokane County Sheriff's deputies are investigating. According to deputies, the susepct went into a bathroom inside the theater, then came out and held up the ticket counter at gunpoint.
The suspect escaped with an unknown amount of money.
The Sheriff's Department reports they are looking through surveillance images to find a picture of the suspect.
