NEW YORK (AP) -- Beyonce will perform at halftime during the Super Bowl, but a CBS executive jokes that he really wanted Janet Jackson. She was the last woman to perform at halftime on CBS and we all know what happened then. Les Moonves (MOON'-vehs) can laugh about her wardrobe malfunction now. The Supreme Court decided last summer not to consider reinstating the government's $550,000 fine against CBS.
