LOS ANGELES (AP) -- The Black Keys claim Home Depot and Pizza Hut are ripping off their music. The band filed federal lawsuits Thursday. One claims Home Depot used elements of "Lonely Boy" to sell Ryobi power tools without their permission. The other lawsuit says Pizza Hut misused "Gold on the Ceiling" to sell its Cheesy Bites pizza. The cases seek unspecified damages of more than $75,000 apiece and an order to stop the commercials. A Home Depot spokesman says the company has not seen the complaint but it respects intellectual property rights. A Pizza Hut spokesman directed inquiries to the ad agencies that created the commercial.
