UNDATED (AP) -- Jason Aldean has apologized for his online rant after being fined for swimming at a beach that was closed. Aldean had ignored warnings at Grayton Beach in Florida last week and was fined $100. He tweeted, "Dear officer who gave me a ticket on the beach today for swimming in the water with double red flags. Thanx for the warning Barney Fife!" He also said he was pretty sure he wouldn't drown in knee deep water. Now Aldean has tweeted, "I want to apologize for my comments this week. Although I don't completely agree with how it was handled, I understand why it was done."
