LIONEL RICHIE OWES BACK TAXES
LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Lionel Richie is in trouble with the tax man. E! Online reports Richie owes the federal government $1.1 million in unpaid taxes. The IRS has warned Richie his assets may be seized if he doesn't pay up. Richie's publicist did not return requests for comment. California has put out a tax delinquency list that also includes actress Pamela Anderson and Joe Francis of "Girls Gone Wild."
