LOS ANGELES (AP) -- He already has his name on set of upscale headphones. Now the maker of Beats by Dr. Dre is looking to buy one of the ways that people can listen to music on those headsets. The cell phone maker HTC is in talks to buy the subscription music service MOG. The idea is to create a music offering that combines HTC phones, Beats' headphones and an all-you-can-listen music streaming plan. Last August, HTC announced it was paying $300 million for a 51 percent stake in Beats Electronics -- a company headed by rapper and producer Dr. Dre and recording executive Jimmy Iovine.
