She says the most important part is to make sure you are engaging your core! Suprisingly, its all about the reps you do, not the weight- and the more reps you do controlling the weight, the better results you will see! While Skylar has the secret to toned arms, she also makes sure to stick to a healthy diet, and that includes getting in chocolate milk after a workout! She also loves to treat herself to smoothies!
