SOUTH SPOKANE COUNTY -- Spokane County Sheriff's Deputies have cleared the scene of a wreck involving a school bus. It happened just before 4 p.m. on the Palouse Highway near Stevens Creek Road.
Deputies say a woman, driving a car, hit a patch of ice. She spun around and side-swiped a school bus going the opposite direction. Deputies say children were on the bus but no one was hurt.
The driver of the car will likely be cited for driving too fast for the conditions.
