KELLOGG, Idaho -- Many Inland Northwest schools are successfully reducing bullying through a program called Rachel’s Challenge.
Students in Kellogg, Idaho said they noticed so much change after going through the program, they developed a refresher course.
The school’s leadership class also plans to take their anti-bullying workshop to Kellogg Middle School in March.
