Had some fun tonight on my BBQ forecast at 5 and 6 pm, I grilled peaches for dessert. Delicious! Actually Grilled chicken legs and thighs too. It's not hard to grill chicken but you have to be very careful of salmonella and cross contamination. I do a lot of hand washing and always use a clean plate to put my grilled chicken on. Never use the same plate you used for the uncooked chicken. Another mistake people make is putting on the BBQ sauce too soon. Wait till the chicken is two thirds done and then coat the chicken with BBQ sauce.
For the peaches, wash and cut in half and remove the pit. Coat with thin layer of melted butter then lightly coat with brown sugar and place on the grill low heat. Cook a couple of minutes each side. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy.
