Tom's BBQ London Broil and Mushrooms

London Broil is a great meat to grill for a lot of people at a reasonable price.  I think it tastes best when cooked medium rare.   First coat or spray the meat with olive oil.  Sprinkle liberally with my Tom's BBQ Rub for Steaks and Hamburgers (available at the Trading Company Stores...all proceeds go to the Northwest Autism Center),  I also sprinkle a little of Johnny's Seasoning Salt.  Let it sit for about an hour and it will create it's own marinade.  Grill both sides until medium rare or depending on your taste.  Slice thinly and serve.

I also like to serve grilled whole new potatoes out the can.  Put on skewers and coat with melted butter or olive oil and sprinkle liberally with salt and pepper or Johnny's Seasoning Salt.  I like to cook them until they brown and get a bit hard on the outside.  Keep coating with butter while cooking and turning and don't forget to keep seasoning.   I also cut some onions with whole mushrooms and load them onto skewers and coat with butter and the same seasonings as the potatoes.  You may want to add some french bread to round out the meal.  Enjoy.
