I like pork chops! I especially like them with grilled corn and grilled apples. For the pork chops use my Tom's Original BBQ Rub available at the Trading Company stores. Sprinkle on and let sit for an hour so it self marinates. During the last 10 minutes of cooking you can lightly baste with a BBQ sauce. The grilled corn takes about 30 minutes and I just grill it directly on the grill over medium heat. Halfway through I baste liberally with melted butter and Johnny's seasoning salt. I cook the corn until it gets a little char on some of the kernels. You may hear some of the kernels pop! For the apples I core them, place on grill and cook over low to medium heat. Baste with melted butter and then add a generous amount of brown sugar to each one. I also served with potato salad. An easy meal to make that tastes great.
