Tom's "Dig the Pig Sandwich"
1 lb ground pork
2 cups coleslaw mix
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp bbq sauce
thin ham slices
texas toast
Shape pork into patties about a 1/2" thick. Grill over medium to high heat until done.
In a medium bowl combine coleslaw mix with mayonnaise and bbq sauce. Set aside.
Add ham and bread slices to the grill and grill until ham and bread are lightly browned.
Serve pork burges on toast topped with ham and slaw and more bbq sauce.
Makes about 4 servings
