Easy Cheesy Steak Sandwich BBq Recipe
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
½ onion, sliced
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
6 slices pepper jack cheese
I use an aluminum roaster pan and put it on the bbq. Heat the oil and add the steak, stirring occasionally until starting to brown. Remove the steak to a plate. Add peppers, onion, salt and pepper to hot pan and cook until the vegetables have softened. Return the meat to the pan and cook until done.
Serve on a bun with cheese and mustard (I like to melt the cheese a bit).
