SPOKANE-- The Special Olympics Washington is expected to take its fundraising to new lengths on Saturday at the Spokane International Airport.
During the inaugural Plane Pull event, teams of up to 20 are pitted against each other in the ultimate battle of strength, stamina, and fun to pull a 138,400 lbs Boeing 727 aircraft 12 feet.
Individuals who want to challenge themselves for charity were welcomed to participate for $30.
Registration and Check In was set to be at 9:30a.m. The first pull was set for at 10:30AM.
