MANAS, Kyrgyzstan -- A majority of our Treats 2 Troops packages are coming to the Air Force base in Manas in Kyrgyzstan.
Between 130-150 people from Fairchild are deployed to this area--providing air refueling for the war effort in Afghanistan.
This weekend--dozens of the care packages from Spokane arrived.
It was a surprise to many folks here the mail is backed up.
