SPOKANE—Meals on Wheels is partnering with a Spokane coffee shop in an effort to give back to the community.

Tailor’s Bean Shack is letting customers donate to the cause through their coffee punch cards.  Customers receive one punch for every coffee purchased.  Instead of redeeming a free coffee every ten purchases, customers can turn in the cards.  The coffee shop will then turn that into a donation to Meals on Wheels.

For every punch card turned in, Tailor’s Bean Shack will donate $3.50 to the program.  It provides hot nutritious meals and promotes healthy and independent living to seniors.
Meals on Wheels has been in operations for more than 30 years.
