• 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ Italian sausage
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Salt & Pepper


Put meatballs on skewer’s. Rotate so that all edges of the meat balls are browned. This will take 16-18 minutes. Cook until centers of meatballs are 160 degrees.

Remove meatballs from grill and place in a shimmering pan of your favorite sauce. Serve on buns and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
