SPOKANE, Wash.—It’s official, Spokane broke the record for warmest Thanksgiving Thursday morning.
The National Weather Service in Spokane reported that at 11:20 a.m. the temperature at Spokane International Airport was 56 degrees.
NWS-Spokane Meteorologist, Joey Clevenger, said that 56 degrees broke the previous record of 55 degrees for a recorded high on Thanksgiving day.
The 55 degree Thanksgivings in the record book were:
- November 29, 1883
- November 26, 1998
- November 27, 2014
