Monday afternoon will bring breezy conditions. In the evening hours, southerly winds will gust between 25 and 35 miles-per-hour.

Mountain pass travel will be impacted by moderate snowfall amounts in the Cascades, Northeast Washington mountains, and the higher terrains of Montana and Idaho.
