SPOKANE, Wash. – One person is injured after a vehicle collision on Trent Ave. and Woodlawn Rd. in the Spokane Valley.

A Chrysler minivan was westbound on Trent at Woodlawn when a GMC Sierra pickup was in a parking lot adjacent to Trent Ave. The pickup failed to yield to oncoming traffic when turning onto Trent Ave. and was struck by the minivan. Both vehicles came to rest on the eastbound shoulder.

A 64 year-old man was driving the pickup and transported by ambulance to Sacred Heart after the crash. He was not wearing a seatbelt. The 55 year-old man driving the minivan was not injured.

It is unknown whether drugs or alcohol was involved.
