Roy Moore released a statement Wednesday after his loss to Doug Jones in the Alabama special election.

In the statement, posted on YouTube, Moore did not concede. He spoke about abortion, drugs, transgender people and the political process.

The race was highly anticipated around the nation after several women came forward, accusing Moore of sexual misconduct. Some women claimed Moore tried to date them in their teens and he was in his 30s.
