BOISE, Idaho --- Idaho’s governor, Butch C.L. Otter was released from the hospital on Thursday after two surgeries.
Governor Otter had two surgeries to address a ruptured disk in his back and a subsequent infection that developed after the second surgery.
The governor is now at home and continuing his recovery. During this time he will continue doing State business and working closely with his office. However, no public meetings or events are scheduled this coming week as he recuperates. He will reportedly be back to work at the Capitol as soon as possible.
