PULLMAN, Wash. – Washington State Patrol will have extra troopers out patrolling highways to make sure all students and families headed to Washington State University get to graduation safely.

Officials said more than 3,000 students are expected to take part in commencement on Saturday. Drivers will see increased traffic in and around the Pullman area throughout the weekend, especially on State Route 195 and State Route 26.
