SPOKANE, Wash. – A local woman has trekked the streets of Spokane to put together a fun interative map of all the little free libraries in the area.

Wilma Flanagan, a retired librarian and volunteer at Spokane Public Radio, spends her free time riding her bike around town, in a red polka-dot helmet and adding the libraries to her map.

She said online she had visited about 140 libraries in and around Spokane that way!

Many Spokane residents have created free little libraries around town outside of their homes to share books with their neighbors.

Happy reading!
