SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane County Sheriff’s Deputies located 42-year-old Aaron C. Miller and his 7-month-old daughter, who were believed to be attempting to flee the area and possibly the country.
UPDATE: They have both been found in the Spokane area. It has been determined this incident is an ongoing civil custody dispute for the child and Miller has been cooperative with Major Crimes Detectives.

SCSO officials said deputies investigating a reported custody interference call believe Miller is attempting to flee with the assistance of his mother, 66-year-old Anita S. Jackson, who resides in Egypt. There is no known information the child is in danger of being harmed.
SCSO officials said deputies began investigating a reported custody interference involving a 7-month-old baby. The victim stated Miller and their daughter were last seen at the victim’s parents home, located south of Spokane Valley.
SCSO reports the victim and Miller have joint custody of the child, with an ongoing dispute over who should have primary custody.
Spokane County Sheriff’s Deputies are asking for the public’s help in locating Miller and the daughter. Miller is described as a 42-year-old black male, 195 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. He is believed to be with his mother, Anita Jackson, described as a 66-year-old black female with black hair and brown eyes.
SCSO report Miller may be traveling in a white 2009 Ford Flex with Washington license plates BFE6814.
SCSO officials said they do not know if Miller has left the Spokane area. Anyone with information regarding this incident, if you have seen Miller, his daughter, his mother or their vehicle is urged to call 911 or call Spokane County Sheriff’s Office.
