City crews tear apart abandoned motorhome in front of Hillyard church

Someone had left a motorhome parked next to the Hillyard Baptist Church that vandals then ripped apart and turned into a safety hazard.

SPOKANE, Wash. – After about three weeks, city crews tore apart an abandoned motorhome someone left in front of a Hillyard church.

The church spoke to KREM 2 on Monday, and said they were worried about the vehicle which was tilted, falling onto the sidewalk if someone pushed it.

City crews came out Wednesday morning and used heavy machinery to tear apart the motorhome and load it into a dumpster.
