KOOTENAI COUNTY, Idaho – The Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office announced Friday they have arrested two men in connection to the death of Bo Kirk, a Hayden man who was found dead on Tuesday, after being reported missing by his wife earlier in the week.
Authorities said they have worked countless hours with multiple agencies to capture the two men. They did not specify how they located the two men, or release their identities at this time

Saturday, October 22, 2016
7:00 p.m. William “Bo” Kirk leaves work around 7:00 p.m. according to his wife. His wife said he should have been home by 7:20 p.m. He does not return home, prompting his wife to call authorities saying he is missing.
8:34 p.m. Kirk’s bank cards were used at US Bank, later confirmed by authorities.
8:46 p.m. Kirk’s bank cards used at Bank CDA, later confirmed by authorities.
9:43 p.m. Timberlake Fire and Rescue responds to a vehicle on fire in the area of Rimrock Road on the north end of Kootenai County. That vehicle is later confirmed to be Kirk’s truck. Kirk was not found at the scene.

Noon Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office says a body has been found near the Hayden Creek are of the Coeur d’Alene National Forest. It was unclear at the time if the body found was Kirk’s. Authorities release surveillance video showing a man with a mask over his face at a drive-thru ATM using Kirk’s card. His identity is unknown.

1:00 p.m. Authorities confirm the body found near Hayden Creek is Bo Kirk. Investigation changes from a missing persons case to a homicide investigation. They release a second surveillance video that reveals two suspects.
3:00 p.m. A family friend of Kirk’s, Brian Johnston, tells KREM 2 News he was the one who found Kirk’s body. He said he was following the advice of a psychic who said Kirk was “in a ravine near water.”
KREM 2 News speaks with a private investigator, who was not connected to this case in any way, who said based off of the surveillance video it appears the Idaho murder suspects had done this before.

1:22 a.m. David Hutto, 44, was booked into the Kootenai County Jail for second degree murder charges. Officials have not confirmed that his arrest is related to the investigation.
11:45 a.m. Kootenai County Sheriff's Office confirms Hutto's arrest is connected to the investigation.
3:58 P.M. Detectives release more information about homicide suspects. Detectives said Hutto was arrested in connection with the homicide of Bo Kirk. Authorities have not released arrest details or the name of the second person who is being held in federal custody.
