TWIN LAKES, Idaho --- Children and staff are sleeping better tonight after a cat was rescued from a tree on their school grounds.
Students from Twin Lakes Elementary and Cochrane Lane Preschool had been watching Cinder the cat up in the tree for over four days. After contacting the local fire department and numerous tree removal companies, Chris Gordon from Grace Tree Service came out Wednesday afternoon and rescued the feline - at no charge.
The video is worth the watch, the cheers from the students is priceless when it is announced the cat is safe.
Cinder is warm and cozy at home now.
