It may seem like a daunting task, but follow these steps and carving your turkey will be easy as pie!
You'll need:
- Roasted turkey that has been resting for up to a half hour
- Sharp knife
- Platter
Follow these steps:
- Cut off both wings
- Cut off the legs/thighs
- Slice down both side of the breast bone
- Cut underneath one side of the breast
- Remove ½ of the chicken breast in one whole piece
- Repeat for second side
- Cut chicken breast into thick slices so each piece gets some of the crispy skin
