SPOKANE - At midnight Saturday morning, KREM 2 and KSKN 22 will shut off their analog signals forever and broadcast in digital-only as part of the nationwide switch to Digital TV.
This will only affect viewers who watch us on channels 2 or 22 with an antenna or rabbit ears, and don't yet have a converter box.
If you purchased a digital TV or a converter box and everything is working, then you're good to go. If you are on cable, you're also fine (although Comcast is doing a bit of a transition on its own that has nothing to do with the over-the-air transition).

The switch has been delayed for four months so that residents would have more time to prepare for the switch.
