At Momentum Physical Therapy and Industrial Rehab, we provide our clientele physical and occupational therapy for acute injuries and musculoskeletal conditions and have a certified hand therapist on staff for specialized upper extremity problems. We also treat a wide variety of neck, back, shoulder, elbow, hand, knee, ankle and other joint injuries.
In addition, we have extensive experience working with worker’s comp/L&I claims and provide the ideal location to rehab work-injured patients from the acute injury through return to work. On-site Physical Therapy for injured workers is also available.
Our Services

- Perform functional testing (Physical Capacity Evaluations) for assistance in return to work and vocational issues.
- Performed job modification/ergonomic visits at the work site.
- On-site Employer Services:
- Treat employer’s injured workers at the place of employment.
- Provide instructional presentations for injury prevention.
- Assist employer with set up of employee exercise programs and injury prevention.
- Perform physical testing of new employees to assure match of worker’s physical abilities to the physical requirements of the job.
Meet the Staff
Rod Strom, PT, CHT
Rod is a physical therapist with 25 years of experience. He is also a Certified Hand Therapist. He graduated from University of Washington and has had extensive training in the evaluation and rehabilitation of injured workers. He has consulted with several local businesses providing educational presentations to their employees, assessing job requirements and ergonomics and treating injuries on the job site. He is a firm believer in, and advocate of injury prevention and preventative education.
Kathy Drader, OTR/L
Kathy is an occupational therapist with 17 years of experience. She graduated from Colorado State University. She has worked for the last 5 years in an industrial rehab setting evaluating and treating injured workers. She enjoys the challenges that come with treating injured workers and helping to simulate their work requirements in order to return them to a higher functional level.
